Legendary Marathon Runner Ellison ”Tarzan” Brown

Red and Kelly welcome in November with an extra dose of gratitude as they reflect on the ending of spooky season and the people who have made some recent impact on both their lives. Then travel back in time for TWO historical tales - a brief history lesson of the Narragansett tribe in Rhode Island and then the early 1900's to meet marathon legend and Narragansett tribe descendant Ellison Myers "Tarzan" Brown! From his early days of swinging from trees to his unorthodox approach for winning marathon races (hot dogs - who knew?!) to his tragic end, learn all about this Ocean State legend and how his heart-breaking running style still makes an impact today!
